What if I cannot make it to the class?
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or email. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a refund if you cancel before the 48 hours. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class
What happens if I do not pass the class?
If a Rider is not successful and would like to take the class again, MTSI will charge a $100 rescheduling fee.
What types of motorcycles do you provide for the Basic RiderCourse?
For the Basic RiderCourse, MTSI offers a variety of motorcycle types including cruisers, dual-sport and standard motorcycles. For other classes, you ride your own motorcycle.
What do I need to take to class?
For the Basic RiderCourse, you will need to bring your Driver’s License on Friday night. For all riding sessions, including the Advanced RiderCourse and Basic RiderCourse 2 you will require the following:
DOT approved helmet (if you don’t have one, we will provide one for you)
Sturdy, over-the-ankle shoes
Long sleeve shirt or jacket
Eye protection (glasses are sufficient for the range)
Full fingered gloves
Do you offer military discounts?
We offer 10% discounts for active and discharged military, law enforcement and first responders. Contact us by email for the discount code. Proof of discount will be verified at the beginning of class.
